Mobile Telephone Picture

Nokia N70 surpriced me positivly. It's picture quality has been poor in weak light - like inside. But now I tried take some pictures outside in good ligth. Both, scenery and close up pictures was excelent for print and net purpose. Good!!

Winter and Ice

Today it was a little bit warmer than last week. So I take out to see what has happened during on that time. Vanhankaupunginkoski (fall) was frozen:



And also I visited Sipoonkorpi, near Helsinki, and there in the forest was this kind of ice...and much more:

Sian vuosi alkoi

Niinhän se vuosi taas vaihtui Kiinassakin. Nyt siellä eletään sian vuotta. Helsingissä lohikäärmeet vauhdittivat vuoden vaihtumista.

Greetings from Hamburg

Hamburg is the city worth visiting. I think that three days there is good time. Then you have time enough to see culture, city and some nice hamburger restaurants with their sausages.

Ice Art Competition

This beautifull art is not possible if the temperature is above zero in celcius. In Helsinki / Korkeasaari there was competition on this kind art. Her is one of the best products.

Birds on the rowan

This is not the best possible picture, but somehove the discussion of the fieldfares was so humoristic, I can't put it here.

One day I met a gee-gee and said hello - kind horse.

Ice bit on the rapid

On the rapid the weather makes ice art in many way.

River is freezing

The river Vantaa on the Kellokoski rapid is starting to have ice cover in coldness.

Beautiful weather

On Sunday 3.2. sun was chining and temperature was about -10 celcius. Everythink looks so beautiful.



Also the moon was laughing trough the branches -- I liked it.

The friend by the table

On saturday morning 3.2. my friend was standing by the coast table and I took this snow picture. Perhaps it should be nicer if I should cat about half from the snow off.

Kallvikinniemi

Two weeks ago the cenery on Kallvikinniemi in Helsinki looks like this. The week had been stormy and cold. Nice icy branches stayed by the coast.
